Who We Are

We have the pleasure of introducing ourselves as a professional, vigilant and comprehensive security services provider for industrial, residential and all types of Corporate Services. We function systematically to provide an impregnable security environment to ensure the safety of your organization. We also provide office boys, peons, drivers, and gardeners. Our company is registered with the Government and also under E.P.F, and E.S.I and Service Tax. The company started functioning in the year 1998 and by virtue of our professionalism, dedication, hard work, sincerity; we have established ourselves as one of the leading Security Companies in North East India. Our organization consists of dedicated and highly motivated team of experts in security and allied services, drawn from retired officers of Defense, Paramilitary, Police , NCC & Civilians.

Colonel Shishupal

Late Colonel Shishupal, a resident of Shillong, Meghalaya, on retirement from the Assam Regiment was inducted into the Home Guards, Meghalaya, as Commandant and later D.C.G. (Deputy Commandant General). He raised the above Security Services on his second release from the Home Guards. In his service period in the Army and Home Guards, he was acquainted and associated with the ever increasing growing needs of a population of educated unemployed youth and Ex-Servicemen, to find a suitable employment or vocation in life at an age where and when, they could satisfactorily contribute to their community, the state and the country. Thus he conceived and initiated the concept of establishing a Security Service and Consultancy in Meghalaya.

Fool-Proof Security Cover

We realize that our success and our future depends on our ability to provide fool proof security cover, which we assure to our clients.

Round the clock, Seven days a week

We work round the clock, seven days a week. We provide security personnel with a proven record of minimum 1 - 2 years experience, good character and behavior. Reporting time of the guards will be strictly maintained and in case of absenteeism or any other problem, a replacement will be provided immediately.

Immaculate Uniform

We will be fully responsible for mandatory dues like E.P.F, E.S.I, Service Tax. We provide immaculate uniform to our security and allied service personnel. Our rates are competitive and as per the minimum wages act of the states concerned. Our Organization has also diversified into providing CCTV, Fire Alarms, Hooters, Fire Extinguishers, Reflecting Safety Jacket etc.

Cars, Vans, Motorcycles

The company is equipped with an adequate number of cars, vans, motorcycles as mobility is the lifeline of security and allied services.

Control Room

A well equipped control room with the latest wireless sets and telephones is manned round the clock on all seven days of the week to take care of all requirements of the clients. Our Field Officers are issued with walkie-talkie sets to be in touch with the control room. They visit the sites frequently for alertness of security personnel on duty.

Minimum Qualification

The minimum qualification for recruitment of guards is level eight. We give them theoretical and practical training before deploying to the posts. Besides, on the job training is also imparted at respective sites. The men are rotated at regular intervals, so that they do not get familiar with staff and workers of your organization.

Our Clients

Training Camp

Our Agency has a standard training infrastructure at Barapani occupying an area of 2 acres. We have facilities such as class rooms, boys barracks, parade ground, obstacle course, recreation room, administrative room, MI room etc. We train our guards for 3-4 weeks for Smartness, Drill and General Behavior. We have instructors from the police and the army. The above 3(three) categories are currently being recruited and have been satisfactorily employed by our Agency in Meghalaya and also in Tea gardens and other organizations in Assam, Hyderabad, West Bengal, Orissa and Mizoram.

The minimum training period for guards is 45 days in which we train them in the following aspects:

General behavior with staff and visitors.
Attending telephones and intercoms.
Basic fire fighting drills and types of extinguishers are used on different classes of fire.
Parade training and physical drill.

Delivery: Depending upon specific requirements it will take approximately 4 weeks lead-time to deliver the newly trained Security Guards to our client. This length of time is needed in order to recruit, process, accommodate, and train the staff. If a client wishes to employ our security service, we require a letter of commitment signed by the client.

Equipment

Our guards are trained in various security equipments ranging from CCTV to metal detectors and so on. We also provide these equipment to our clients as necessary. A number of our security personnel are also well trained in the handling of various defence related weapons. The equipments provided by us are of high quality and build and go through a very thorough inspection every time in order to ensure our clients a safe environment.
